Her approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in evidence-based practices. Emma integrates Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) for couples, as well as relational, psychodynamic, and trauma-informed approaches to support clients in developing insight, emotional regulation, and meaningful change.
